Our virtual weekend retreat on May 15 and 16, with a bonus session on May 22, is the perfect blend of meditation, hands-on sessions (face fitness, smoothie-making), holistic health through ayurveda and of course, fitness (sculpt & cardio dance, and even intro to theatre dance with a Hamilton performer!). Or, chart your own wellness journey Monday, May 17 through Friday, May 21 by purchasing à la carte tickets to everything from a toning Pure Barre lunch break, a Pilates session with beloved instructor Sarah Brooks, a DIY facial with beauty influencer Brittany Lo or a happy hour mani bootcamp with the nail polish gurus at Olive & June. For those who want the full self-care treatment, consider our VIP Experience, an all-access pass to the above sessions that includes some exclusive extras (details below).

      • Master Your Heart, Master Your Vibes with Heartrise Movement.  Experience HeartRise LIVE with founder Jessie May Wolfe in this empowering workshop where you’ll use emotional intelligence and meditation to unlock your heart’s transformational power. 
      • Theater Dance 101 with Hamilton’s Thayne Jasperson. Join Hamilton’s remaining original Broadway cast member and So You Think You Can Dance season 4 alumni, Thayne Jasperson, as he teaches a musical theatre-style session for any level.  Come ready to move! We’ll be dancing to the best of Broadway’s tunes. What you’ll need: enough space to move; shoes, socks, or bare feet welcome.
      • Discover Your Unique Mind & Body Type with Vern’s Balancing Paige. Join Veronica Paige Giolli to stop comparing your diet and workout routines to others and find balance in a way that is optimal to your biology through Ayurveda, the world’s oldest and most holistic system of medicine. Stay for a 15-minute chat post-workshop. What you’ll need: a comfortable seat and space, a notebook and writing utensil, and an open mind!
    • Sunday, May 16:
      • Hands-On Smoothie Making Breakfast with Laura Burak Nutrition. Join us for a smoothie demo with Laura Burak MS, MD, where we will whip up her Caul Me Strawberry Slims Smoothie together, then have a discussion on healthy habits and nutrition while you sip on your smoothie. What you’ll need:
        • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
          1 cup frozen strawberries
          1 cup baby spinach or kale1 fresh or frozen banana
          3/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
          1 whole kiwi

      • Sculpt & Cardio Dance with The Sculpt Society. Created by celebrity trainer, Megan Roup, The Sculpt Society is an athletic approach to dance-based fitness and designed to empower women through movement. Join instructor Katy Schuele for a fun and effective 30-minute full-body workout. This class will combine easy to follow dance cardio with low-impact sculpting focusing on your legs, arms, abs and booty. What you’ll need: Mat, 2-3 lb hand weights and ankle weights (all optional.) If you don’t have equipment, the entire class can be modified!
      • Face Fitness with Sunina Skin. Join Sunina Skin founder Patricia San Pedro to explore the different angles of self-care with a face fitness class meant to reveal a glowier you.  What you’ll need: Face oil (or cream) of your choice.

      • Wellness Week Closing Zen Hour. Relax and unwind while inspirational speaker and CEO of Self-ish Lifestyle, Krista Nerestant, takes you through her F.A.C.E Technique (Focus, Align, Commit, Execute) of guided meditations to integrate the 4 bodies – mental, physical, emotional, & spiritual body – into balance and establish the power of your unique soulful impact, followed by soothing instrumental and vocal soundscapes by Luna Maye of The Sound Lab. What you’ll need: Comfy clothes and a seat.

    • Pure Barre is a fusion of strength and interval training set to music and designed to elevate your heart rate, build strength and rev up your metabolism. You’ll be guided through a series of low-impact, high- intensity movements that will strengthen and tone your body by targeting different muscle groups simultaneously. What you’ll need: A barre or support to hold (back of a chair or countertop are fine) and 2-3lb weights (soup cans or water bottles make a great substitute!
