Tea Over Time Exhibition & Events

In celebration of our 125th Anniversary, Tea Over Time Exhibition & Events honors generations of women who have shaped the New York Junior League’s legacy. Hosted at the NYJL’s beloved headquarters, The Astor House, this special series offers two sumptuous daytime tea events and an evening reception. Both members and non-members are welcome to celebrate this milestone.

Guests attending the daytime tea events will enjoy an elegant seated high tea in the Harriman and Roosevelt Rooms before exploring the third and fourth floors for a self-guided, immersive journey through time, featuring never-before-seen items from the NYJL archives.

The evening reception features wine, soft drinks, passed hors d’oeuvres and a signature cocktail as guests experience the same dynamic exhibition and NYJL archival highlights.

These events bring guests together to reflect on the NYJL’s shared history and celebrate the enduring impact of volunteer leadership.
