Marathon Team NYJL: Fall Fitness Virtual Challenge

Join the NYJL and the Marathon Committee for a series of virtual races, interactive classes, and run coaching to improve your health and fitness!

Each of our events is open to both New York Junior League members and supporters of the NYJL. These remote events are a fantastic way to stay connected and give back to the NYJL from wherever you are. We hope you will join us!

Fall Fitness Virtual Event Schedule

We are pleased to offer tickets to individual events a la carte as well as a VIP ticket package which provides access to all events. Please note that all ticket prices include credit card fees, which allows us to further our impact in serving our community.

Registration for virtual races will close at 11:59pm on the last day of the race window. Registration for all other events will close 60 minutes prior to the posted start time. Participation info for each event will be sent to registered participants prior to the start of the event.

VIP All-Access Package • Monday, September 7–Sunday, November 1 • Jump start your fitness plan by training with the NYJL this fall! You’ll receive your own customized training plan from certified running coach Rebeka Stowe, along with interactive Zoom sessions to supplement your training. VIP ticketholders will have access to weekly virtual training sessions on Monday nights at 6:30pm. Get ready to run, walk, or jog your best times in a series of virtual races, including a 5K, 10K, and half-marathon distance.

Beginner Runner Session with Kelly Roberts and Rebeka Stowe
Wednesday, September 23 • 7:00 p.m. • If you’re just getting started on your running journey, join us for a beginner runner session with Kelly Roberts (founder of Badass Lady Gang) and Team NYJL running coach Rebeka Stowe! Hear valuable tips and advice on how to start running and avoid common mistakes made by new runners, plus get answers to all your running questions during our Q&A session.

Stretching Session with Emily Guth
Sunday, October 18 • 10:30 a.m.Whether you’re training for our virtual races or just clocking overtime working remotely, taking time to stretch your muscles is essential! Join stretching instructor Emily Guth for a customized stretch experience using dynamic stretch methods to gently increase your flexibility and range of motion.
