Lilly has been a member of the New York Junior League for nine years and currently serves as City Impact Council Head. She previously served as a Provisional Group Leader, co-chair of Personal Advancement and Leadership, secretary of the Food and Beverage Work Group, and a member of LIFT.

Professionally, Lilly is a Vice President at BOLD PR. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Labor Studies and Communications from Rutgers University.
