Individual Donors

Individual donors can increase the NYJL’s impact in our New York City community. It is your gift that makes our work to better the lives of women, children, and families possible.

  • NYJL Annual Fund Donate Now

The NYJL Annual Fund helps support the upkeep of the historic NYJL headquarters, The Astor House, the NYJL’s community endeavors and its leadership training programs. Your gift to the Annual Fund is a way to make the most immediate impact in support of the NYJL and to help ensure that we sustain our mission for years to come.

Annual Fund donations helped to make the following things possible:

    • • Expansion of the existing NYJL community programs such as Steps to Success and C.H.E.F.
      • The purchase of several NYJL-branded BigBelly solar-powered trashcans for NYC parks.
      • Ongoing renovation of the Astor House garden.
      • Growth of the NYJL Leadership Training program.
      • Expansion of the Junior Junior League initiative and volunteer training for youth.
      • Creation of two new community projects: Reading Rangers and Personal Empowerment Project.

Also, if you are making a gift of $100+ it is possible to make a pledge now with final payment due by June 30, 2019.

Last year, our Annual Fund raised over $149,000. Thank you to all those who donated to the 2016-17 Annual Fund. For more information, please contact development@nyjl.org.
