Discover Manhattan’s architectural wonders and artistic treasures at the 48th Bi-annual Spring House Tour! Delve into the heart of the city’s most exquisite residences, where each home tells a story of heritage, innovation, and timeless design.

Elevate your experience as a design enthusiast with our VIP ticket option. VIP guests embark on a journey of luxury, starting the day with a delicious breakfast at the iconic Astor House. Spend a beautiful spring day with the New York Junior League, and take in the stunning design and interiors that the homes on the tour have to offer. The 2025 Spring House Tour begins on Friday, May 9 with a kick-off party from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and continues on Saturday, May 10 with a full day of exclusive programming along a route of beautiful champagne stops. All General Admission and VIP guests will also enjoy a complimentary luncheon during the afternoon of the Spring House Tour. The tour runs from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m., and will feature several fantastic homes.

Elevate your VIP experience by purchasing the Deluxe VIP ticket!  A Deluxe VIP ticket guarantees a private car experience for you and up to five additional guests of your choosing. Each Deluxe VIP car will also enjoy complimentary bottles of champagne, sparkling water and snack pack for the day.
