Camp Astor is officially in session.
The New York Junior League’s Summer Kick-Off Party returns — and this year, we’re going full summer camp. Not the lanyard-weaving kind. The kind with an open bar, a dance floor, and no bunk assignments.
Astor House transforms into an after-hours camp social complete with a DJ spinning all night, immersive activation stations pulled straight from your favorite camp movie fantasies, and the sort of friendly competition that gets interesting after a few drinks.
Consider it summer nostalgia with a serious upgrade: late-night energy, playful chaos, and that unmistakable first-night-at-camp electricity — only this time, with better outfits and better cocktails.
The Dress Code: Elevated camp. Crisp whites, vintage denim, sporty-chic layers, varsity details, braids, bold lips. Think effortless, a little athletic, and ready for the dance floor.
