Do you want to make a positive impact on NYC’s children? Are you looking for an exciting, new committee for the 2015-16 volunteer year? And would you like to get involved in the community? If so, Reading Rangers is the committee for YOU!

Get ready to share in the wonderful world of Dr. Seuss, Eric Carle, and Mo Willems (just to name a few) and make a difference in a child’s life. Reading Rangers will collaborate with longstanding NYJL Community Partner, Supportive Children’s Advocacy Network (SCAN), and work with children ages 7 to 10 to increase their literacy awareness and reading skills.

Reading Rangers will meet Monday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at SCAN’s East River House Community Center on First Avenue and 103rd Street and at NYJL Headquarters. Have further questions about Reading Rangers? Please contact the committee at Interested in placing on the committee? Email
