Meet the 2016 Winter Ball Emcee!

The 64th Annual NYJL Winter Ball is just a month away and we’re looking forward to a magical evening at the Starlight Soirée on Saturday, March 5 at the Pierre Hotel.

We are excited to announce Alexandra Wilkis Wilson, Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor of influential e-commerce retailer Gilt and Co-Founder and CEO of GLAMSQUAD as this year’s Emcee!

Wilson is a pioneering dealmaker who found success at the nexus of technology and luxury goods. Before co-founding Gilt, she held leadership roles for top luxury brands including Bulgari, and Louis Vuitton North America. Wilson earned a B.A. from Harvard College, where she graduated magna cum laude, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Wilson has served on the non-profit boards of Dress for Success Worldwide, The National Retail Federation Foundation, Women’s Forum, Inc and Fashion Group International, not to mention being a former New York Junior League volunteer! She is an active fundraiser for her alma maters The Brearley School, Phillips Exeter Academy, and Harvard University.

We look forward to welcoming Alexandra and celebrating our 2016 Outstanding Sustainers and Outstanding Volunteers at this year’s Ball!
