Junior Junior League Presents Social Promise Philanthropy Course

Save the Date for Saturday, April 9 as the Junior Junior League presents the Social Promise Philanthropy Course

Save the Date: Junior Junior League Presents Social Promise Philanthropy Course

Junior Junior League partners with Social Promise to teach principles of philanthropy to preschool and elementary aged New York City children. Join us in promoting family volunteerism.

Social Promise, a NYC-based nonprofit, supports critical health and educational resources serving impoverished Ugandan communities. Social Promise believes children have a natural ability to empathize and help others at a young age. Through educating and empowering children to make informed decisions using key tools and resources, the Junior Junior League course with Social Promise will foster a lifelong commitment to volunteerism and philanthropy within children.

There will be two 1.5 hour sessions offered, the first for children ages 3 to 6 from 10:00-11:30 a.m. The second session for children ages 7 to 12 will be held from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
