NYJL Celebrates the Holidays at the Holly & Ivy Luncheon & Boutique

The Sustainer Day committee sponsored this year’s Holly & Ivy Luncheon in December, and it was a resounding success! With the beautifully decorated Astor House as the backdrop, over 160 attendees welcomed the holiday season while enjoying a delightful lunch prepared by Chef John Donnelly.

This year’s theme was the “Nutcracker,” with tablescapes that included all types and sizes of colorful nutcrackers. After lunch, attendees mingled over a decadent dessert table while shopping at the Holiday Boutique, a new and unique addition to the Luncheon. The Boutique featured several carefully-curated vendors, including Dog & Co., Nina McLemore, Notti Toffee, Style & Karma, The Linen Shop, Zwikker & Zacher and the NYJL logo boutique.

The Holly & Ivy Boutique raised approximately $17,000, with all proceeds from the sales benefitting the charitable activities of the NYJL. The Holly & Ivy Luncheon was a fun and festive way to start the holiday season and, through events like this, Sustainers remain connected to the NYJL and supportive of its mission. Through their expertise and experience, Sustainers continue to contribute to the success of the NYJL and the impact it has in our community.
