Did you make a New Year’s Resolution to get fit in 2016? Looking for a few new workouts to add to your routine? The NYJL is here to help you create a few new healthy habits!

Whether you are a serious runner, an amateur, or just trying to get back in shape, the NYJL Run Club would like you to join them for on the first Saturday of every month as they run (jog/walk) the four-mile loop or, if you’re feeling ambitious, the six-mile loop through Central Park. The group meets at the Central Park Boathouse at 9:30 a.m. and after the run, reconvenes at the Boathouse for brunch. The first run of the year is this Saturday, January 9.
